Join us on a fascinating day out to the home of the Enigma Machine, Bletchley Park in Milton Keynes. Once Britain’s best-kept secret, today Bletchley Park, is home of the Codebreakers, and is a unique heritage site.
Visitors can explore and experience the top-secret world of iconic WW2 Codebreaking Huts and Blocks set within an atmospheric Victorian estate nestled in peaceful parkland.
Now you can also enjoy a new immersive cinematic experience exploring Bletchley Park’s secret D-Day role.
75 years on, the full scale of Bletchley Park’s top secret impact on the planning and implementation of D-Day will be revealed in a new immersive cinematic experience, D-Day: Interception, Intelligence, Invasion.
Featuring a specially commissioned film projected on a 22m screen, the audio-visual experience is located in the newly restored Teleprinter Building where hundreds of thousands of intercepted messages first arrived at Bletchley Park from secret listening posts across the UK, and Ultra intelligence was transmitted to Allied headquarters.
Discover the vital importance of the intelligence produced at Bletchley Park, and the impact it had on one of the most important military operations of the twentieth-century.
