Winchester Cathedral’s Festive Market

Winchester Cathedral’s Festive Market is recognised as one of the best in Europe, renowned for its unique and beautiful location and high-quality exhibitors and has been a firm favourite in our festive calendar. Our visit is on the first weekend of the annual installation.

Inspired by traditional German Christmas markets it attracts thousands of visitors each year. All of the exhibitors have been hand-picked for their interesting, high quality and unique products many of which can’t be bought on the high street.  With time to visit this historic town you can also visit some of historic buildings including the Cathedral and Winchester Castle where you can see the legendary Round Table.
